 Some artists have an hourly rate and some will charge by the piece. These days, however, an hourly charge is more popular.

A tattoo artist sets their prices according to their skills, quality of work, and experience which is why you should not shop around for the best price, but the best quality. It is definitely better to wait until you can afford to pay for a quality service from an experienced artist who's work you love instead of haggling over prices.

In short, yes. Needles are puncturing your skin and injecting it with ink. How can that not cause pain? But, certain parts of the body can tolerate tattoo pain better than others and your own personal threshold has to be considered in that equation. 

You must be 18 years old and have valid I.D. to be tattooed. We will not tattoo minors.

We actually offer a wonderful product in-house that many of our clients have used with great success. Please inquire with your tattoo artist for more information.
